Education & Experience:

I’m currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst through he Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professionals, Certified Sports and Exercise Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition (Pn1), and certified personal trainer through NASM. I’ve worked with families and children in school and home settings for most of my career primarily supporting children with developmental disabilities, emotional disorders, communication disorders, and autism. I’ve decided to slowly change courses and begin persuing my interests in behavior coaching by utilizing the principles of human behavior to help men, women, and young adults reach sustainable wellness goals.

Things I love:

My husband, our 3 cats, going to the beach, concerts, cooking, lifting heavy things, yoga, fingerpicking on my guitar, coffee, espresso martinis, anything chocolate, dancing, spending time with my nieces and nephews, dining at restaurants, getting pampered, traveling, and of course, learning about behavior change and its application to lifestyle, wellness, and prevention.


Most of my interests emerge from personal and professional experiences. I’m passionate and intrigued by human behavior and why we do the things we do.

My goal is to help teach and model emotional and behavioral methodologies to help individuals break through dietary and/or physical challenges or behavioral barriers that prevent individuals from living their values.
